郑小伟应用温阳法治疗慢性咽喉炎经验

摘　　要：总结郑小伟治疗咽喉炎的经验,对郑小伟治疗慢性咽喉炎的理论和方法进行分析和归纳。郑老师从经典出发,结合近代医家治疗经验,认为慢性咽喉炎的病因病机为阳气亏虚,阴阳升降失调。治疗上顺应三伏时节阳气旺盛的特殊时期,用温补中阳、升清降浊、通阳利咽的方法治疗慢性咽喉炎,可取得较好疗效。临床常采用穴位贴敷、中药内服及耳穴按压方法治疗。Professor ZHENG Xiaowei＇s experiences of treating chronic pharyngitis with tonifying yang method were summarized. Combing the classic in traditional Chinese medicine with modern physicians ＇ experiences,Professor ZHENG Xiaowei considered that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic pharyngitis were yang- qi deficiency and imbalance of yin and yang. Conforming to the special season of dog days with exuberant yang,methods of warming and tonifying yang of the middle energizer,ascending lucidity and descending turbidity,activating yang and relieving sore throat were used in the treatment with good effects.Professor ZHENG Xiaowei＇s theory and methods in treating chronic pharyngitis were generalized by analyzing the common treatments of acupoint sticking,herbal decoction and otopoint pressure with proved cases.
