摘　　要：介绍基于病例组合理念开展医院分类病种考核管理的做法,根据各专科发展现状将医院的科室分为三类,对不同类别科室采取不同的病种管理考核方案,旨在加强学科特色凝练,优化病种收治结构,引导科室秉承三级医院看大病、解难症的功能定位,重点提高疑难复杂和急危重症的诊治能力,不断提升医院核心竞争力。同时,提出病种考核管理工作中的几点体会,包括完善病种管理机制、注重基础数据质量等。This study introduced the idea of disease assessment and evaluation based on case - mix. All departments were divided into three categories according to the current situation. Different disease management and assessment plans were used to evaluate the different departments in order to strengthen the discipline features and optimize the structure of diseases treated. In addition, we put forward several ways to assess disease management including perfecting the mechanism of disease management and improving the quality of basic data, etc.
