摘　　要：基于既往灾害应急医学救援实践,介绍成都军区总医院应急医学救援预案中应急队伍、响应等级、响应机制、物资准备及机动方式等要素,明确伤员规模、救援范围、出动时限及救援时间等预案内容,阐述开展桌面推演、常态训练和模拟演练方法,总结灾害应急医学救援中情况研判、后勤保障、志愿者招募等三方面注意事项。Based on the past disaster medical rescue practices of Chengdu Military General Hospital, the important elements of the emergency medical rescue plans were systematically introduced, including emergency teams, response levels, response mechanisms, materials preparation and maneuvering mode. The medical rescue content was specified, including the number of the wounded, rescue range, preparation time limit and rescue time. The methods to carry out tabletop exercise, normal training and simulation drills were described. Three aspects of disaster emer- gency rescue that deserved special attention such as situation judgment, logistics, and volunteers were summarized.
