摘　　要：战伤时效救治是卫勤研究的热点问题之一。文章基于演练现场,验证危重伤病员战场急救"铂金10分钟"和紧急救治"黄金1小时"的实现程度,对比考证救治效果,并提出相应对策。Efficient rescue and treatment of the wounded at war is a heated topic in the study of heahh services. Based on field exercises, the article discussed the effectiveness of platinum 10 minutes to rescue the se- verely wounded at war and the golden 1 hour for emergent rescue and treatment and put forward the corresponding measures.
