摘　　要：目的探讨军队泌尿外科护理示范基地理论培训体系的建立和应用效果。方法评估学员需求,建立以疾病为中心的模块式培训体系,采用多形式的教学方法进行培训,并对理论培训效果进行分析。结果 66名学员理论考核成绩从培训前81.26±9.6分提高到培训后92.25±6.5分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。学员对理论培训的平均满意度为9.44±0.75分(满分10分)。结论科学合理的课程设置、形式多样的教学方法、特色鲜明的教学内容是提高理论教学质量的关键。Objective To evaluate the establishment and application effect of theory training system of urology demonstration base in a military hospital. Methods An ＂disease -centered modular training system＂ with a variety of teaching methods was established according to the learning demands of students. Then, the training effect was analyzed. Results Compared with an average score of 81.26 ± 9.6 before the training, the average the- oretical examination score of 66 students roseto 92.25 ± 6.5 after the training, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 01 ）. Furthermore, the average satisfaction score was 9.44±0.75 out of ten. Conclusion Scientific and reasonable curriculum, various forms of teaching methods, and distinguished teaching content are cruci- al to improve the quality of theoretical teaching.
