摘　　要：目的建立军队中心医院野战医疗队护理质量评价指标体系。方法运用Delphi法对30名军队医院护理管理专家进行2轮问卷调查,构建军队中心医院野战医疗队护理质量评价指标体系。结果确定的军队中心医院野战医疗队护理质量评价指标体系包括5个一级指标,28个二级指标,两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为0.9667%和0.9655%,权威程度0.875,专家协调系数达到可接受程度。结论专家咨询法构建的军队中心医院野战医疗队护理质量评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,可为军队中心医院规范野战医疗队护理管理、提升野战救护水平提供科学依据,对增强军事任务卫勤保障能力具有重要意义。Objective To develop a nursing quality indicator system for field medical team in Military Central Hospital. Methods 30 nursing management experts from military central hospital were consulted with Delphi method and two rounds of expert consultations were made. Results The nursing quality index system of field medical team consisted of 5 first - level indicators and 28 second - level indicators. The expert positive coeffi- cient at first round was 0. 9667% and the second round was 0. 9655% , and authority coefficient was 0. 875. The selection of experts was reasonable with high credibility. Conclusion The field medical team nursing quality index system is reliable and can provide useful reference to standardize scientific evidence for field medical team in Mili- tary Central Hospital so as to improve the nursing quality of the field medical team. The index system is important for the hospital to improve the medical support capacity of field medical team.
