摘　　要：目的探讨在军队医院深化优质护理服务。方法在妇产科、神经内科两个科室试行"责任制+"护理工作模式,即"责任制整体护理+个案管理护理"双模式同步运行,共同对患者实施全责护理。结果有效促进病区责任制整体护理的落实,患者健康教育落实率、健康教育知晓率均提高;患者对责任护士满意度达99%,对医师满意度达95%,医师出院回访率提高到85%。结论 "责任制+"护理工作模式有效推动优质护理服务的深化延伸,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate how to deepen high quality nursing service in the military hospital. Methods In Gynaecology and Obstetrics Department and Neurology Department, responsibility system ＋ care model was tried out. That is the dual mode of responsibility holistic nursing ＋ case management to be operated synchro- nouslyin order to provide primary nursing for patients. Results The implementation of the responsibility holistic nursing care was effectively promoted in the wards. The implementation and awareness rates of health education in pa- tients were all increased. The patients＇ satisfaction degrees with nurses and doctors were 99% and 95%, and doctors＇ callback rate after discharge was increased to 85%. Conclusion The responsibility system ＋ care model has effectively promoted the further extension of high quality nursing service, and should be further applied.
