摘　　要：近年来我国医疗纠纷频发,原有纠纷解决途径不足之处显现,随着人民调解相关法规制度的颁布,运用人民调解机制处理医疗纠纷在全国各地广泛开展。分析自2011年起开展人民调解工作实施前后医患纠纷各解决途径例数、例数百分比、赔付金额百分比等资料,显示人民调解工作开展后,司法诉控途径解决纠纷呈下降趋势,有效缓解医患矛盾激化。至2015年度,人民调解途径已超过医患自行协商和法院诉控,成为医院解决纠纷的最主要途径。通过四年多的探索,认为其具有专业、独立、高效、公正、便捷、和谐等优势,并在实践基础上提出建议。In recent years, medical disputes occured frequently and there were not sufficient original methods to settle the disputes. With the promulgation of the laws and regulations of the people＇s mediation, the applica- tion of the method to deal with medical disputes was being carried out extensively throughout the country. In our hospital, we carried out the people＇s mediation since 2011. The data showed that the number of dispute settlement through judicial mediation way was descending after the implementation of the people＇s mediation, effectively reduc- ing the intensity of patient - doctor conflicts. The people＇s mediation method has become the most important way to solve the disputes in our hospital last year. The four years of practice proved that it was professional, independent, efficient, harmonious, fair and convenient to settle medical disputes by people＇s mediation.
