脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量以及RPR滴度在晚期梅毒治疗中的指示作用

摘　　要：目的:考察脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量以及RPR滴度在晚期梅毒治疗中的指示作用。方法:分析100例晚期梅毒患者临床资料依据治疗效果分为有效组(71例)、失败组(10例)和固定组(19例)。比较三组患者脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量以及RPR滴度在治疗前、治疗半个月和治疗1个月时的变化。结果:治疗前三组患者脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量以及RPR滴度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1个月失败组患者脑脊液蛋白含量显著高于有效组患者(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后失败组患者脑脊液RPR滴度显著高于固定组和有效组患者(P<0.05)。失败组和固定组脑脊液蛋白含量显著高于有效组患者(P<0.05)。结论:监测晚期梅毒患者脑脊液蛋白含量及RPR滴度有助于及早判断梅毒治疗效果。Objectives： To investigate the index effects of cerebrospinal fluid（ CSF） leukocyte count,protein content and RPR titer in the treatment of advanced syphilis. Methods： The clinical data of 100 patients with advanced syphilis were divided into effective group（ n = 71）,failure group（ n = 10） and fixed group（ n = 19）.Changes in CSF leukocyte count,protein content and RPR titer before treatment,half a month and a month after treatment were compared among the three groups. Results： Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CSF leukocyte count,protein content and RPR titer among the three groups（ P〉 0. 05）. A month after treatment,the protein content in the failure group was significantly higher than that in the effective group（ P〈 0. 05） and the cerebrospinal fluid RPR titer of the failed group was significantly higher than that in the fixed group and the effective group（ P〈 0. 05）. CSF protein levels in the failure group and the fixed group were significantly higher than that in the effective group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Monitoring of CSF protein content and RPR titer in patients with advanced syphilis is helpful to determine the effect of syphilis treatment as soon as possible.
