摘　　要：目的:探讨5-氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)对尖锐湿疣患者临床疗效及炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选择2012年1月至2014年12月收治的100例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予CO2激光治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用ALA-PDT治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-2(IL-2)、IL-8、IL-12水平。结果:观察组总体治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.508,P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-8明显降低,IL-2、IL-12明显升高,均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为8.00%,显著低于对照组的34.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在CO2激光治疗的基础上加用ALA-PDT疗法能够显著提高尖锐湿疣患者临床疗效,且复发率低,并能够有效改善患者炎症反应程度和自身免疫功能,值得临床重视。Objectives： To investigate the effect of 5- amindevulinic acid- mediated photodynamic therapy（ ALA- PDT） on patients with condyloma acuminatum（ CA） and analyze the inflammatory factors. Methods： 100 CA patients from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases. The control group was treated with CO2 laser,and the observation group was additionally treated with ALA- PDT. The clinical efficacy and serum tumor necrosis factor alpha（ TNF-） and interleukin 2（ IL- 2）,IL- 8 and IL- 12 levels were compared between the two groups. Results： The overall effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference（ Z = 2. 508,P 〈0. 05）. The TNF- and IL- 8 of the observation group reduced significantly,and the IL- 2 and IL- 12 increased significantly,both higher than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 8. 00%,significantly lower than that of the control group of 34. 00%（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： CO2 laser combined with ALA- PDT therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate in treating CA,which can also effectively improve the degree of inflammation and immune function of patients,thusly worthy of clinical attention.
