复方玄驹胶囊和散结镇痛胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊和散结镇痛胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果,以期选择最佳治疗药物,提高疗效。方法:选取2011年4月至2013年4月140例子宫内膜异位症的患者为研究对象,分成两组,每组70例,分别给予复方玄驹胶囊和散结镇痛胶囊治疗,观察治疗后在性激素水平等指标变化情况。结果:散结镇痛胶囊组痊愈率34.29%,总有效率81.43%,复方玄驹胶囊组痊愈率52.86%,总有效率94.29%,复方玄驹胶囊组明显高于散结镇痛胶囊组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后在FSH、LH、E2、T上较治疗前明显提高,而PRL、P则较治疗前明显下降,治疗前后比较差异显著(P<0.05),复方玄驹胶囊组治疗后在PRL、P、FSH、LH、E2、T水平上较散结镇痛胶囊组治疗后改善更加显著,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);复方玄驹胶囊组ACA、抗β2-AGP1、As Ab阳性率分别为5.71%、5.71%、2.86%,散结镇痛胶囊组ACA、抗β2-AGP1、As Ab阳性率分别为17.15%、18.57%、12.86%,复方玄驹胶囊组明显低于散结镇痛胶囊组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症临床效果更为满意。Objectives： To investigate the effects of compound Xuanju capsule and Sanjie Zhentong capsule for the treatment of endometriosis,in order to choose the best treatment methods and improve efficacy. Methods： 140 endometriosis patients from April 2011- April 2013 were selected and divided into two groups,70 cases in each group. One group received compound Xuanju capsules and the other received Sanjie Zhentong capsule for treatment. The changes in sex hormone levels and other indicators were observed and compared. Results： The cure rate and total efficiency of Sanjie Zhentong capsules group were 34. 29% and 84. 29% respectively,while those of the compound Xuanju capsule group were 52. 86% and 94. 29% respectively,with significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. The levels of FSH,LH,E2 and T were significantly improved after treatment while levels of PRL and P significantly decreased,more significant in the compound Xuanju capsule group（ P 〈0. 05）. The positive rate of ACA,anti- β2- AGP1 and As Ab in the compound Xuanju capsules group were 5. 71%,5. 71% and 2. 86% respectively,while those in the Sanjie Zhentong capsules group were17. 15%,18. 57% and 12. 86% respectively,with significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound Xuanju capsule is of satisfactory clinical efficiency in treating endometriosis.
