摘 要:沟通能够建立相互信任、理解和支持的关系,护理工作的开展离不开与患者之间的沟通,护患沟通始终伴随着整个护理活动中,甚至能一定程度上决定医院护理服务的质量。眼科检查及治疗项目多,就诊程序繁琐,眼科门诊人员流动大,停留时间短,许多问题需要在短时间内沟通并处理解决好。因此,眼科门诊护士需要积极主动地与患者进行有效沟通,熟练掌握护患沟通的技巧,建立和谐的护患关系,从而满足不同患者的需求,完善护理服务,提高眼科门诊护理工作质量。本研究对眼科门诊护患沟通重要性和存在影响沟通的常见因素进行了分析,并提出了提高眼科护患沟通的护理对策。Communication is essential for mutual trust, understanding and support, is an indispensable part of the whole nursing process, and even decides the quality of nursing service in the hospital to a certain extent. The ophthalmologic exanfination and treatment contain many items, and its procedure is complicated. With high employee turnover in ophthalmologic department, the problems should be dealt with in a short time. Therefore, nurses in ophthalmic department need to communicate effectively with patients, master the communication skills, establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, in order to meet the needs of different patients and improve the nursing service. This paper analyzes the importance of nurse-patient communication in ophthalmology outpatient service and its influencing factors and puts forward the nursing strategies to improve the nurse-patient communication in ophthahnic outpatient clinic.
