关于归档病历三日上交率统计的探讨

摘　　要：根据国家卫计委综合医院评审标准(2011版)第二十七条病历(案)管理与持续改进要求:患者出院后,住院病历在3个工作日之内回归病案科达≥90%。医院积极配合执行,但是要达到3个工作日归档率≥90%的要求比较困难,基与此,本文从如何统计归档病历三日上交率,以及针对统计过程中存在的问题及措施进行探讨,以便更加有效地提高归档病历三日上交率。According to 2Th item of 2011 Review Standards of Comprehensive Hospital by National Health and Family Planning Committee （NHFPC）, Medical History Management and Requirements of Continuous Improvement, after patients left hospital, the percentage of inpatient medical records that were kept on file by Medical History Department within three workdays should reach no less than 90%. Although hospitals tried their best to fulfill the requirements, it was very difficult to realize 90% or higher rate within three workdays. Therefore, this article discussed how to calculate three-day submission rate of medical history archive, problems found in statistical processes and possible solutions so as to improve three- day submission rate of medical history archive effectively.
