摘　　要：工业化住宅以住宅设计标准化、部品生产工业化、施工安装机械化及生命周期管理信息化为特征。信息化管理是工业化住宅建造参与方信息传递及时、准确的保障,而住宅部品分类与编码又是实现住宅部品乃至工业化住宅生命周期信息化管理的基础。通过分析现有的信息分类与编码体系,提出工业化住宅部品分类与使用通用码与专用码对住宅部品进行编码的方法,并设计了编码的结构与组成;通过该编码实现住宅部品的唯一标识,可为住宅部品质量追溯提供支持。所提出的分类与编码方法可为我国工业化住宅部品的分类与编码提供参考。The characteristics of industrialized building are the design standardization, component production industrialization, construction mechanization, and life-cycle management informatization. Informatization management is the guarantee of industrialized building construction participants which ensure information to transmit timely and accurate. The classification and code of industrialized building components is the basis for realizing industrialized building components as well as life-cycle informatization management. In this paper, by analyzing the current in/ormation of classification and code system, the method of industrialization building components classification and using general code with special code to define industrialized building components are discussed. The code structure and composition are designed. Coding is the unique identifier of industrialized building components, which can provide support for quality tracking of industrialized building components. The suggested classification and coding method can provide a reference for the classification and code of industrialized building components.
