摘　　要：目的降低ICU疼痛评估的缺陷率,规范疼痛评估程序。方法调查ICU的疼痛评估现状,分析整改主要缺陷,并调查改进后的疼痛评估情况,两者进行对比。结果疼痛评估缺陷率从18.5%降至4.9%。结论通过规范ICU带教、加强环节监控、科内组织培训、建立疼痛管理规范及制订标准作业书,可有效降低疼痛评估的缺陷率,从而规范ICU疼痛管理。Objective To reduce the defect rate of ICU pain assessment and normalize the procedure of pain assessment. Methods Investigated the pain assessment status and analyzed the main defects in rectification. Investigated the pain assessment status and compared it with before. Results The defect rate of pain assessment in ICU reduced from 18.5% to 4.9%. Conclusion Normalizing clinical teaching, strengthening the supervision of pain assessment procedure and training, setting up pain management standard and SOP can effectively decrease the defect rate of pain assessment and normalize pain management in ICU.
