摘　　要：新医改确定了医院公益性这一性质,在医改形式下,现行医院财务管理也应随之调整,以适应新形势的要求,本文结合医院目前的财务管理问题,探讨新医改下强化医院财务管理的必要性,提出医院必须建立统一的财务集中管理体系。The new medical reform clarified the commonweal nature of public hospitals. In current reform context, hospital financial management should be adjusted accordingly in order to meet the requirements of new situation. Combined with the current problems in hospital financial management, this study explored the necessity of strengthening hospital financial management under the new medical reform and proposed that a centralized hospital financial management system must be established.
