克林霉素治疗骨科耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨克林霉素对骨科耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2014年8月一2015年8月到沈阳市二四五医院骨科就诊的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染患者，观察组应用克林霉素，对照组应用万古霉素，比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组痊愈率、金黄色葡萄球菌清除率差异均无统计学意义（户〉0．05）。对照组治疗过程中4例发生静脉炎，2N发生以皮疹为主要表现的过敏反应；观察组在治疗过程中1例出现恶心、腹泻为主要表现的胃肠道反应，1例出现以皮疹为主要表现的过敏反应。结论克林霉素对骨科耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球感染治疗效果与万古霉素相当。Objective To observe the curative effect of clindamycin in the treatment of orthopedic methicillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the patients with methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection in Department of Orthopedics of Shenyang No. 245 Hospital from August, 2014 to August, 2015. The observation group took clindamycin, while the control group took vancomycin. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The differences between the two groups in the cure rate and the clearance rate of Staphylococcus aureus were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. There were 4 cases of phlebitis and 2 cases of allergic reaction characterized by rash in the control group during the treatment. There was one case of gastrointestinal reaction with the main manifestation of nausea and diarrhea and one case of allergic reaction characterized by rash in the observation group. Conclusion Clindamycin is equivalent to vancomycin in the therapeutic effect of orthopedic methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus infection treatment, but for clindamycin there is lower incidence of adverse reactions.
