摘　　要：目的探讨超声在未破裂输卵管妊娠中的诊断价值。方法选择2010--2016年北票市中心医院收治的未破裂输卵管妊娠患者130例，对其异位妊娠部位及病灶超声声像特点进行分析。结果全部130例患者中，输卵管壶腹妊娠78例（60．O％）、输卵管峡部妊娠28例（21．5％）、输卵管伞部妊娠14例（10．8％）、输卵管间质部妊娠10例（7．7％）；依据超声影像特点：孕囊型52例（40．0％）、彩环型41例（31．5％）、包块型37例（28．5％）。结论超声是诊断未破裂输卵管妊娠的首选方法，其具有直观、简便、快捷、无创、安全、可反复操作及分辨率佳等优点。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of non-ruptured tubal pregnancy by ultrasound. Methods One hundred and thirty cases of non-ruptured tubal pregnancy in Beipiao Central Hospital from 2010 to 2016 were collected. Locations of ectopic pregnancy and ultrasonic imaging features of focus were analyzed. Results There were 78 cases of ampullary pregnancy （60.0%）, 28 cases of tubal isthmus pregnancy （21.5%）, 14 cases of tubal fimbria pregnancy （10.8%） and 10 cases of interstitial tubal pregnancy （7.7%） in the 130 cases. Based on ultrasonic imaging features, there were 52 cases of gestational sac type （40.0%）, 41 cases of color ring type （31.5%） and 37 cases of mass type （28.5%）. Conclusion The ultrasound is the best choice to diagnose non-ruptured tubal pregnancy, and it is intuitive, simple, quick, noninvasive, safe and repeatable with good resolution.
