摘 要:为了优化圆柱下游壁面的流动传热特性,对串列双圆柱对壁面的传热特性进行数值分析。采用基于复合网格系统的计算方法,研究了不同串列双圆柱横向距(P)对壁面传热特性的影响。研究结果表明P对壁面的传热强化效果有显著影响。P存在1个临界值5 D,小于该临界值时,后面圆柱对前面圆柱剥离后的不规则尾流具有稳定作用,传热能力较弱;大于该临界值时,无法达到洗刷效应与流体受迫加速的叠加作用,不利于传热强化。在Re=200,C/D=1.0工况下,P为5 D时壁面的传热强化效果最优。In order to optimize the effect of heat transfer enhancement and flow characteristics on the downstream wall,the heat transfer characteristics of two tandem cylinders on the wall were analyzed.Based on the compound grid system,the effects of different horizontal spacing(P)between cylinders on heat transfer characteristics on the wall in transition flow were studied.The results show that different Pbetween cylinders has a significant effect on heat transfer characteristics on the wall.There is a critical value of 5 D.If Pis less than the critical value,the heat transfer will become weak.That's because the latter cylinder has an intense stabilizing effect on the former one.Conversely,if Pis larger than the critical value,it is hard to achieve the superposition effect of washing effect and fluid forced acceleration,which can promote the heat transfer enhancement on the wall.Under the condition of Re=200and C/D=1.0,the case at P=5 Dis the optimization.
