品管圈活动在晚期肿瘤患者压疮护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在晚期肿瘤患者压疮护理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月—10月晚期肿瘤患者260例设为对照组,于2014年1月开展QCC活动,选取2014年1月—5月晚期肿瘤患者257例设为实验组。观察2组压疮发生情况和护理质量评分,比较实施前后QCC圈员能力改善情况。结果对照组压疮发生率1.15%(3/260),高于实验组的0.39%(1/257),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组压疮护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施QCC后圈员QCC手法、评判性思维能力、团队精神、个人表达能力、责任心、沟通能力均得到提高。结论 QCC活动规范了晚期肿瘤患者压疮护理流程,是持续提高临床护理工作质量行之有效的科学管理方法。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle（ QCC） activities in nursing care of advanced cancer patients with pressure ulcer. Methods A total of 260 advanced cancer patients were included as the control group between June 2013 and October 2013. The QCC activities were carried out and another 257 patients were enrolled as the study group between January 2014 and M ay 2014. The incidence of pressure ulcer and nursing quality score were compared between twogroups. The ability of QCC member was evaluated before and after implementation. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer was 1. 15%（ 3 /260） in the control group and was 0. 39%（ 1 /257） in the study group,but with no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. The nursing quality score was higher in the study group than that of controls,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. QCC member achieved a better improvement in QCC skill,critical thinking,team spirit,p personal expression,responsibility and community. Conclusion QCC activity is an effective way of regulating nursing management of pressure ulcer in patients with advanced cancer.
