中药熏洗联合利福平加入炉甘石洗剂治疗新生儿脓疱疹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察利福平加入炉甘石洗剂联合中药熏洗治疗新生儿脓疱疹的效果。方法将90例脓疱疹患儿随机分为A、B和C组,各30例。A组常规使用适量百多邦外涂,B组使用金银花药粉对患处进行熏洗,C组使用金银花粉对患处进行熏洗后,用加入利福平的炉甘石洗剂涂抹患处。治疗3 d后评价3组疗效和患儿家长满意程度,记录并发症或不良反应发生情况。结果 C总有效率和患儿家属满意度高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组并发症或不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合利福平加入炉甘石洗剂治疗新生儿脓疱疹疗效更加确切。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbs fuming-washing combined calamine lotions with rifampicin in treatment of neonatal pustulosis. Methods A total of 90 cases of neonatal pustulosis were randomly divided into the group A,B and C,with 30 cases in each group. The group A was given Bactroban ointment,the group B was given fuming-washing with honeysuckle powder and the group C was given calamine lotions with rifampicin after using fuming-washing with honeysuckle powder. The clinical effect at 3 days after treatment and satisfaction of parents to nursing service were compared. The neonatal complications and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The overall clinical effect was higher in the group C than that of group A and group B,with a significant different（ P〈0. 01）. Parents of neonates in group A had higher satisfaction rate compared with those of neonates in the group B and group C,with a significant（ P〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference in incidence of neonatal complications and adverse reactions among three groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Chinese herbs fuming-washing combined calamine lotions with rifampicin is effective in treatment of neonatal pustulosis.
