中药汽疗联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨中药汽疗联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和护理要点。方法对50例寻常型银屑病患者采用中药汽疗联合NB-UVB照射治疗,同时予以健康指导、皮肤护理等针对性护理措施,观察治疗后8周疗效和不良反应。结果本组患者总有效率92%(46/50)。治疗过程中出现烦热和胸闷不适2例,经调整汽疗温度和汽疗时间后好转,其余患者均无明显不良反应。结论中药汽疗联合NB-UVB光照可有效提高治疗效果,同时予以针对性护理措施,可有效减少不良反应,有利于患者预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine steam combined with narrowband ultraviolet B（ NB-UVB） in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods A total of 50 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were included and treated with Chinese medicine steam combined with NB-UVB. The targeted nursing interventions on health education and skin care were carried out. To evaluate the treatment efficacy at 8weeks after treatment and to observe the adverse reactions. Results The overall efficacy rate was 92%（ 46 /50）. Two patients with symptoms of dysphoria and thoracic discomfort were recovered by modified steam treatment. Conclusion Chinese medicine steam combined with NB-UVB is effective to improve the clinical efficacy in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Targeted nursing interventions are required to reduce the risk of adverse reaction and improve the prognosis.
