整体护理干预在白内障囊外摘除联合前房灌注法植入人工晶体术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理干预在白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术中的应用效果。方法 80例白内障患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。围手术期间对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理干预。评价2组术后视力矫正情况,记录2组术后并发症情况并评估患者对护理服务的满意程度。结果术后3个月观察组矫正视力达4.8者占75%(30/40),对照组占62.5%(25/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后无并发症发生,对照组并发症发生为4例。观察组满意率90.0%(36/40),高于对照组的75.0%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理对促进白内障患者术后视力恢复、提高护理满意度具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of integrated nursing for patients undergoing extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Methods A total of 80 cataract patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care during operation,while the observation group was applied with integrated nursing interventions. The corrected vision of patients was evaluated at 3 months after operation,and the postoperative complications and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between twogroups. Results The proportion of patients with corrected vision over 4. 8 was 75%（ 30 /40） in the observation group and was 62. 5%（ 25 /40）in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There were 4 cases of postoperative complications observed in the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate was 90. 0%（ 36 /40） in the observation group and was 75. 0%（ 30 /40） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of integrated nursing intervention can improve the vision recovery and satisfaction of patients after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.
