摘  要:原表面换热器是微型燃气轮机系统的关键部件之一,其传热和阻力性能对系统效率具有重要影响。采用有限容积法和低雷诺数k-w湍流模型,分析了波纹几何结构参数对交错波纹原表面通道的流动和传热性能的影响。计算结果表明:波纹几何参数对交错波纹原表面通道的阻力系数有显著影响,而对努塞尔数的影响较小,横向和流动方向波纹周期以及变量b对综合性能都有显著的影响;当波纹板的波纹变得更加陡峭时,波谷附近区域的速度边界层更薄,温度梯度更大。The primary surface heat exchanger is one of the most important components in the micro turbine system. The heat transfer and pressure drop performance have significant effects on the system?s efficiency. The effects of offset-bubble profiles on the heat transfer and pressure drop performance of primary surface channel are studied. The analysis was accomplished by the fi-nite control volume method and the low Reynolds k-w turbulent model was used. The computational results show that the offset- bubble profiles have significant effect on the friction factor, but they have little effect on the Nusselt number. The wave pitches in the cross section and main flow directions and the variable b have sensitive effect on the comprehensive performance. As the off-set-bubble profile becomes sharp, the velocity boundary layer reduces and the temperature gradient increases.
