摘　　要：当前我国政府公共服务迅速发展,公共服务民营化、公共服务主体多元化等新的状况不断出现,但传统的法律制度像年龄越来越大的保姆,看着数量逐渐增加同时又快速成长的孩子,越来越力不从心。在现代社会中,通过公共服务法治化途径来规范公共服务的发展,无疑是最有效、最具有可行性的路径,但公共服务法治化是个复杂、系统的工程,不仅需要在具体层面完善公共服务法律规范,还需要明晰一些方向性的基本问题,拟就上述问题进行探索。Nowadays,the public service of our local government has been developed rapidly. The phe-nomenon of the public servicers privatization and its subjects, diversification has emerged gradually. How-ever, the traditional legal system [ust as an older baby -sitter,when watching so many growing children whose number is increasing fast, finds that her ability doesn,t equal to her ambitions. In modern society,the approach of using the legal rules to standard the development of the public services is the most efficient and feasible. Nonetheless,the legislation of the public services is a complicated and systematic project, which needs not only to perfect service on the specific level ？ but also to distinct the sues. And such kind of issues will be discussed in this paper.
