中药对鸡实验性汞中毒临床症状和病变的影响

摘　　要：通过观察中药对实验性汞中毒鸡病变的影响,为中药治疗汞中毒提供基础资料。将试验鸡(脱温鸡苗72只)随机分为3组,每组24只,分别为空白对照组,阳性对照组和中药治疗组。试验动物于第20、40、60天时,处死试验鸡,观察脏器指数,取肝、脾和肾制作组织切片,观察病变。试验结果表明,中药在60日龄时,明显缓解鸡汞中毒临床症状;阳性对照组第20天脏器指数明显高于空白对照组(P<0.05),阳性对照组第40和第60天增加更为显著(P<0.01);与阳性对照组比较,中药治疗第40天各脏器指数显著下降(P<0.05),第60天下降极显著(P<0.01);中药能缓解汞中毒鸡组织病变。由此推断中药可缓解汞中毒鸡组织器官损伤。The purpose of this article is to provided basic data for traditional Chinese medicine in curing the mercury poisoning.Seventy-two 21-day-old chicks was randomly and equally divided into blank control group,positive control group and the treatment group.On the 20 th,40th,60 th day,the animals were sacrificed for determining visceral indexes and the liver,spleen,and kidney tissue slices were used to observe the histopathological lesions.The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine relieved the clinical symptoms of mercury poisoning in chickens.On day 20,each visceral index was higher（P〈0.05）in positive control group compared with control group,and was higher（P〈0.01）after 40 and 60days;Compared with positive control group,with 40days＇ treatment,the visceral index was lower（P〈0.05）and was significantly lower（P〈0.01）after 60 days.The traditional Chinese medicine relieved the pathological lesions of mercury poisoning chickens.So it can be inferred that Chinese traditional medicine can relieve the damage of tissues and organs in chickens exposured to mercury.
