摘　　要：全面从严治党是党的四个全面战略部署的重要内容,是新形势下加强党的自身建设的必然要求,是巩固新形势下党的执政地位的重大而迫切的政治任务。要把全面从严治党重要思想落到实处,需在实践上认清并处理好四大关系,做到四个相结合,即坚持全面治党与从严治党相结合、坚持思想建党和制度治党相结合、坚持问题导向与标本兼治相结合、坚持依规治党与改革发展相结合。The thought of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline, the important part of the Party,s strategic plan of Four Comprehensives, is an inevitable requirement of enhancing the Party con-struction ,and an urgent political task to consolidate the ruling status of the Party in new situation. To fully implement the thought of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline, we should recognize and successfully deal with the four relations, and combine comprehensive and strict Party governance, Party construction based on ideology and Party governance with system, problem -orientation and end-of-pipe treatment, Party governance by rules and reform development.
