摘　　要：在推动可持续发展大学的建设过程中,世界各国大学在实践中积累了丰富的经验,值得参考和借鉴。大学全方位的可持续发展转型是一个长期的过程,需要形成相应的治理结构和运行机制。基于此,文章在梳理可持续发展大学建设的理论和实践基础上,通过对哈佛可持续发展大学建设的治理结构和运行机制的研究,提出完善我国可持续发展大学建设的治理结构和运行机制的建议。In promoting their sustainability development,universities around the world have accumulated valuable experience worth sharing. A university's systematic transition towards sustainable development is usually a long process,in which certain governance structures and operational mechanisms matched with the steps of the transition must be established.Based on combing a number of related theories and experiments around the world and research on Harvard University's governance structure and operational mechanisms on Harvard sustainability,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the formation of governance structures and mechanisms to promote Chinese universities' sustainability.
