基于共词聚类分析的逆向物流热点研究

摘　　要：逆向物流在节约资源、改善环境、降低成本等方面具有重要作用。因此,其广受物流业界和学者们的关注。文章采用定量分析方法首先对我国近10年的文献进行统计分析,然后构造共词矩阵和相异矩阵,并运用相异矩阵进行因子分析和聚类分析。最后,归纳出我国逆向物流的研究热点主要集中在3方面:网络结构设计的研究、回收再利用的研究以及管理活动的研究。reverse logistics plays an important role in saving resources, improving environment and reducing cost. Therefore, it is widely concerned by the logistics industry and scholars. The quantitative analysis method is used to analyze the literature of the last 10 years in China, and then the co-word matrix and the dissimilarity matrix are constructed. Finally, the paper concludes that the research focus of reverse logistics in China mainly focuses on 3 aspects： the research of network structure design, the research of recycling and reuse, and the research of management activities.
