摘　　要：为了实现个性化定制的快速性与高效性,提出了一种基于实例检索的个性化定制方法。给出了实例属性值相似度的计算模型,并结合客户赋予产品各类属性权值,计算出实例相似度。以家电产品定制为研究对象,构建了基于实例检索的家电产品个性化定制服务流程。最后以冰箱为实例进行了实例检索验证。结果表明,所提出的基于实例检索的定制方法更能提高个性化定制的快速性与高效性。In order to realize the personalized customization of rapidity and efficiency,this paper proposes a method of customization based on case retrieval. Gives the instance attributes similarity caculation model,combined with all kinds of attribute weights which given by coutomer,to caculate the instance similarity. Regard cutomization of electrical appliences as the research object,build the service process of electrical applience personalized customization based on case retrieval. Finaly by an example of the refrigerater for case retrieval verification. The results show that the method of customization based on case retrieval can be more improve the rapidity and efficiency of personalized customization.
