摘　　要：从我国高速铁路走向国际化的具体进展过程着手,客观分析了其在技术创新能力方面存在的问题,并将三螺旋模型引入了中国高速铁路技术的创新系统中,最后给出了提升中国高速铁路技术创新能力的对策建议。This paper starts from the international process of China＇s high-speed rail,and analyzes the present problem of the technology innovation abilities in China＇s high-speed rail. Based on the triple helix model,the paper builds the technical innovation system of China＇s high-speed rail. In the end,this article proposes countermeasures of promoting China＇s high-speed rail technology innovation abilities.
