摘 要:针对泾河油田高黏、高含蜡油井使用热洗、加药等清蜡降黏措施效果不明显等问题,采用了双空心杆+抽稠泵热采的研究方法,研究了这类油井的清蜡降黏技术手段。研究得出:双空心杆循环伴热装置和抽稠泵工艺,解决了油井日常生产时清蜡的问题,克服了热洗清蜡工艺存在的问题,极大地改善了抽油杆下行困难的情况,延长了检泵周期,并且能够节约能耗、降低成本。在泾河油田成功进行了现场实验,并取得了一定的效果,对生产实践起到了指导意义。In allusion to solve the problem of wax removal using the thermal washing and dosing in Jinghe oilfield with high viscosity, high wax oil well,the double hollow rod and the heavy oil pump thermal production process has been carried out,which provides an ef-fective technical means for wax removal in oil well. By applying double hollow rod cyclic heating device and the heavy oil pump, this process solves the daily production problem on wax removal of oil wells,overcomes the disadvantages of the thermal washing wax remov-al process,greatly improves situation that the sucker rod falls difficulty, prolongs the pump inspection cycle, saves energy and reduces costs. At present the experiment has been carried out successfully and has obtained some effects in Jinghe oilfield,has played a guiding significance for production practice.
