摘 要:针对许厂煤矿330辅助回风巷巷道支护以及变形等问题,采用现场实时监测以及数值模拟相结合的研究方法,对330辅助回风巷掘进及支护过程中的巷道矿压显现特征进行监测,并模拟了在不同支护条件下巷道围岩应力、塑性区分布及位移变化情况,分析了出辅助回风巷使用期间的变形破坏缘由,确定了巷道支护优化设计参数,研究得出,巷道在掘进后稳定阶段变形量能够满足矿井正常生产要求,基本不需要返修,巷道变形得到了良好的控制,研究为煤柱内强矿压巷道变形破坏机理及控制技术提供了一定的借鉴。In allusion to the problems such as support and deformation of 330 auxiliary air return roadway in Xuzhuang Coal Mine,using combination research methods of real-time monitoring and numerical simulation, the monitoring characteristics of roadway strata during the drilling and supporting process of 330 auxiliary air return roadway are carried out,and the simulation results show that under differ-ent support conditions, roadway surrounding rock stress, plastic zone distribution and displacement variety, the study analyzes the causes of deformation damage during the use of auxiliary return air lanes,and the optimal design parameters of roadway support are determined, the deformation of the roadway in the stable stage of the roadway can meet the normal production requirements of the mine, basically do not need to repair,roadway deformation has been a good control,which provides a reference for the deformation and failure mechanism and control technology of coal pillar.
