摘　　要：介绍虚拟装配技术的研究现状及应用背景,阐述虚拟装配的工作流程,分析总结虚拟装配的工作内容。在此基础上,选用SoildWorks,为构建虚拟装配工艺设计平台。以光伏防雷汇流箱的装配过程为例,结合工程实践,缩短产品的开发流程,提高光伏防雷汇流箱的质量,更好地指导实际生产。Introduced the virtual assembly technology research status and application background, elaborated virtual assembly workflow analysis summarizes the contents of the virtual assembly work, on this basis, the choice SoildW orks to build virtual assembly process design platform to PV Combiner Box Lightning the assembly process, for example, combined with engineering practice, to shorten the product development process, improve the quality of PV combiner box of mine, to better guide the actual production.
