参麦联合洋地黄序贯治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析参麦联合洋地黄序贯治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法方便选取该院2011年1月—2016年1月该院收治的65例慢性心力衰竭的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组32例,观察组33例。对照组慢性心力衰竭患者采用洋地黄类药物序贯治疗,而观察组慢性心力衰竭患者在使用洋地黄序贯治疗的基础上,加用参麦注射液进行治疗,然后观察两组患者的治疗效果和临床体征。结果经过治疗之后,观察组慢性心力衰竭患者的C反应蛋白和左室射血分数分别为(8.91±0.43)mg/L及(54.26±5.46)%均优于对照组慢性心力衰竭患者(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性心力衰竭患者,采用参麦联合洋地黄序贯的方式进行治疗的效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of Shenmai combined with digitalis sequential treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods Convenient selection a hospital in Januarg 2011 to January to 65 patients with chronic heart failure patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group two groups, the control group of 32 patients, 33 cases of observation group. The control group of patients with chronic heart failure using digitalis drugs sequential treatment, the observation group of patients with chronic heart failure based on the use of digitalis on the sequential therapy,plus Shenmai injection treatment, and the therapeutic effect was observed between the two groups and clinical signs. Results After treatment, the observation group with chronic heart failure patients with left ventricular ejection fraction and Creactive protein were（8.91 ± 0.43）mg/L and（54.26 ± 5.46）% than the control group of patients with chronic heart failure（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In summary, for patients with chronic heart failure, digitalis sequential use shenmai joint approach to the treatment effect is remarkable.
