优质护理对鼻咽癌放疗患者皮肤炎的改善效果

摘　　要：目的研究优质护理对鼻咽癌放疗患者皮肤炎的改善效果。方法方便选取该院2013年10月—2016年4月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者100例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行优质护理,对比两组护理满意度、皮肤炎恢复时间以及皮肤反应舒适程度。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组;观察组皮肤炎恢复时间为(112±10)d显著短于对照组的(178±16)d;观察组皮肤反应舒适程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够有效改善鼻咽癌放疗患者的皮肤炎,值得广泛推广。Objective To quality of care improvement effect of radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patient dermatitis.Methods Convenient selected in our hospital in October 2012 to December 2015 radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients 150 cases as research object, randomly divided for observation and comparison of two groups, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of high quality nursing. Compared with the two groups of nursing satisfaction, skin inflammation recovery time and skin reaction comfort degree. Results Satisfaction rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group; Observation group dermatitis recovery time（112 ±10）d significantly shorter than the control group（178 ±16）d; observation group skin comfort was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively improve the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma during radiotherapy skin inflammation, it is worth popularization.
