右室梗死的心电图诊断标准的探究

摘　　要：目的探析心电图诊断右室梗死的临床价值及相关诊断标准。方法方便选取该院于2014年6月—2016年5月收治49例确诊的右室梗死患者为此次研究对象,所有患者均接受心电图检查,对所有患者的基本资料进行回顾性分析,同时对患者的心电图检查结果与临床确诊结果进行对比分析。结果心电图诊断为右冠闭塞性心肌梗死13例,临床确诊14例,诊断符合率为92.86%;心电图诊断为回旋支闭塞性心肌梗死8例,临床确诊9例,诊断符合率为88.89%;心电图诊断为急性下壁合并右室梗死24例,临床确诊26例,诊断符合率为92.31%;总符合率为91.84%。结论在右室梗死的临床诊断上,心电图的诊断效果较为显著,临床诊断符合率高,具有应用和推广价值。若为特殊情况,则可采用心电图联合右胸导联实施临床检测,提高临床诊断有效率和准确性。Objective Analysis of the clinical value of the ECG diagnosis of right ventricular myocardial infarction and related diagnostic criteria. Methods Convenient selection our hospital in June 2014 to May 2016 were treated 49 cases diagnosed right ventricular myocardial infarction for this study, all patients received ECG, the basic data of all patients were analyzed retrospectively, while patients ECG results and clinical diagnosis results were analyzed. Results ECG diagnosis of myocardial infarction of right coronary occlusion in 13 cases, clinically diagnosed 14 cases, diagnosis was 92.86%;Circumflex artery occlusion ECG diagnosis of myocardial infarction in 8 cases, clinically diagnosed nine cases, diagnosis was88.89%;ECG diagnosis of acute inferior wall complicated by right ventricular infarction in 24 cases, clinically diagnosed 26 cases, diagnosis was 92.31%;The total coincidence rate was 91.84%. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of right ventricular myocardial infarction on ECG diagnostic effect is more significant, the clinical diagnosis rate, with the application and popularization value. If it is a special situation, you can use the right chest leads electrocardiogram joint implementation of clinical testing, improve the efficiency and accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
