阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗急性咽扁桃体炎的疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗急性咽扁桃体炎的临床效果以及安全性。方法方便抽取2013年7月—2016年7月于该院就诊的62例急性咽扁桃体炎患者进行研究,以随机原则分为对照组与观察组,各31例,对照组患者使用阿莫西林干混悬剂治疗,观察组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片。观察两组患者的临床效果、相关症状缓解时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效概率为93.55%,高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咽痛、发热以及咽扁桃体充血缓解时间分别为(22.19±5.85)、(51.28±9.34)、(73.13±11.25)h,优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均出现轻微不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片应用于急性咽扁桃体炎的治疗中,能够有效缓解患者病情,且安全性较高。Objective To research the curative effect and safety of Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets in treatment of acute pharyngotonsillitis. Methods Convenient selection 62 cases of patients with acute pharyngotonsillitis treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each, the control group were treated with amoxicillin dry suspension agent, while the observation group were treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets, and the clinical effect, related symptoms relieving time and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group（93.55%） was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）, and the angina, fever and pharyngeal tonsils congestion relief time were respectively（22.19 ±5.85）,（51.28±9.34）,（73.13±11.25） h, which were better than those in the control group（P0.05）, and the mild adverse reactions occurred to the two groups, and the difference had no statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets in treatment of acute pharyngotonsillitis can effectively relieve the disease condition of patients and the safety is high.
