子宫输卵管动态三维超声造影在不孕症诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究不孕症患者采用子宫输卵管动态三维超声造影(4D-Hy Co Sy)检查的临床诊断价值。方法整群选取62例该院2015年4月—2016年9月期间收治的不孕症患者作为研究对象,所有患者按床位单双号分为两组各31例。其中31例患者采用子宫输卵管X线造影(HSG)作为HSG组,另31例患者采用4D-Hy Co Sy作为4D-Hy Co Sy组。观察两组不孕症患者输卵管堵塞情况。结果 4D-Hy Co Sy组输卵管通畅,明显高于HSG组,明显优于HSG诊断(P<0.05)。4D-Hy Co Sy组、HSG组对盆腔黏连的诊断率分别为25.81%、6.45%,4D-Hy Co Sy组明显优于HSG组(P<0.05)。结论 4D-Hy Co Sy是一种使用方便,操作简单的,且安全无创的诊断方式,输卵管通畅和盆腔黏连的检查优于HSG,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To research the clinical diagnosis value of 4D-HyCoSy in patients with barrenness. Methods 62 patients with barrenness admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to September 2016 were group selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups with 31 cases in each, the HSG group adopted the HSG, while the 4D-HyCo Sy group adopted the 4D-HyCoSy, and the oviduct block of patients with barrenness was observed. Results The smooth level of oviduct in the 4D-HyCoSy group was obviously higher than that in the HSG group（P0.05）, the diagnosis rate of the pelvic adhesion in the 4D-HyCoSy group（25.81% 、6.45%） was obviously better than that in the HSG group（P0.05）.Conclusion 4D-HyCoSy is a safe and simple diagnosis way, and the examination rate of smooth level of oviduct and pelvic adhesion was better than that of HSG, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
