摘　　要：以沈阳市智慧交通建设项目为例,在分析我国智慧城市融资现状的基础上,提出利用银团贷款来代替单一银行贷款,解决智慧交通项目建设巨额资金不足的问题,从而为沈阳市智慧交通建设融资提供新的思路,同时,对银团的组建、管理及风险的有效控制进行阐释,以期推动智慧城市的建设,并使银团贷款在金融市场得到广泛的推广与应用。The paper takes the intelligent transportation construction projects in Shenyang as an ex- ample, based on analyzing the current situation of China＇s intelligent city financing, and uses syn- dicated loan instead of a single bank loan to solve the problem of the huge capital insufficiency in order to provide new thoughts for intelligent transportation construction financing in Shenyang. At the same time, the paper also explains the formation of syndicates, management and effective control of risk, with a view to promoting the construction of intelligent city, and enables syndicated loan to be widely oromoted and aoolied in the financial market.
