产业转移对中国省域工业能源效率的影响研究——基于空间溢出视角的实证检验

摘　　要：分析研究产业转移对我国省域工业能源效率的影响,对于节能减排、提高区域的能源效率有着重要意义。基于中国30个省域2003-2013年的面板数据,采用以区位商的构建机理为基础的产业竞争力系数衡量产业转移指标,并将空间因素纳入研究框架,构建固定效应的空间杜宾模型来研究产业转移对我国工业能源效率的空间溢出效应。实证结果表明:我国工业能源效率存在显著的正向空间相关性,产业转移对中国省域工业能源效率存在明显的空间溢出效应。外来工业产业进入本地区每增加1%,当地工业能源效率将降低2.779%,而相邻地区外来工业产业每增加1%,也会导致本地区工业能效降低2.028%,可以看出邻接空间权重下的产业转移对工业能源效率的空间溢出效应小于区域内的溢出效应。据此本文提出了相关的政策建议。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces during 2003-2013 in China, this paper took the industrial competitiveness coefficient by constructing location quotient as the industrial transfer index. And then incorporating spatial factors into analysis, it established spatial Durbin model with fixed effect, studying of the spatial spillover effects of industrial transfer on China＇s province-level industrial energy efficiency. The empirical results indicate that： there is significant positive spatial correlation and cluster trend in China＇s province-level industrial energy efficiency, and that industrial transfer exerts significant spatial spillover effects on industrial energy efficiency. Industrial energy efficiency will be reduced by 2.779% for every 1% increase in the foreign industrial industry in the region. And adjacent areas of foreign industry increased by 1%, the local industrial energy efficiency will fall by 2.028%. It can be seen that the spatial spillover effects of industrial transfer on China＇s province-level industrial energy efficiency are smaller than intra-regional spillover effects under spatial contiguity weight. Finally, some related policies and suggestions were proposed.
