摘　　要：本文对2013年8月12日黑龙江省的一次区域性暴雨天气过程进行分析,使用相对阈值定义本次暴雨具有异常性。异常偏强的低涡和暖脊为降水提供了强盛的动力抬升条件。异常偏强的西太平洋副热带高压配合低层强大的西南风急流,同时南海附近有台风,为黑龙江地区输送了充足的水汽。低层暖脊异常偏强,使得黑龙江地区积累了大量不稳定能量。在这些条件的共同作用下,形成了本次异常暴雨天气过程。A regional heavy rain weather process in Heilongjiang province happened on August 12, 2013 is analyzed, and the relative threshold value is used to define the anomaly. Unusually strong Western Pacific subtropical high pressure with strong southwest jet and the Typhoon near the South China Sea provide sufficient moisture to Heilongjiang province.The low layer warm ridge is anomaly strong, which accumulate a large number of unstable energy in Heilongjiang province. Under the combined action of these conditions, this abnormal rainstorm weather process has been formed.
