摘　　要：中资总承包企业纷纷进入卡塔尔市场,但81%的承包项目存在工期延期现象。在介绍卡塔尔建筑市场背景以及市政基础设施等项目基本情况的基础上,总结工期延期的原因,并就外部因素、业主因素、工程师因素和承包商因素提出相关对策,对将进入卡塔尔的中资施工企业投标时考虑延期风险,防范工期延期具有一定的参考作用。Chinese general contracting enterprises entering the Qatar market, 81% of the contracted projects are delayed. Firstly, the paper introduces the background of construction market in Qatar, as information of municipal infrastructare projects. Then, summarizes the reasons for time describing the detail of time delay, finally gives the related countermeasures that will be benefit to avoid the time delay.
