摘　　要：目的探讨火炭母水提物抗炎、镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加法造模,观察火炭母水提物的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和扭体法观察火炭母水提物的镇痛作用。结果火炭母水提物可减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀及抑制醋酸所致的毛细血管通透性增加,并缓解由热板法和醋酸所致的疼痛。结论火炭母具有抗炎、镇痛作用。Objective To investigate the effects of aqueous extract from Polygonum chinense L. on anti-inflammation and abirritation. Methods The swelling auricles caused by xylol and the increase of capillary permeability by acetic acid,both of which were adopted to observe the anti-inflammatory effects. The analgesic effects were observed through the hot-plate tests and the acetic acid writhing test. Results The aqueous extract of Polygonum chinense L. reduced the swelling of mice auricles by xylol as well as the capillary permeability by acetic acid,meanwhile alleviated the pain which was induced by hot stimulation and acetic acid. Conclusion Aqueous extract from Polygonum chinense L. possessed obvious effects upon anti-inflammation and abirritation.
