维吾尔药欧龙胆与其代用品龙胆的鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的建立欧龙胆与其代用品龙胆的鉴别方法。方法采用性状、显微鉴别的方法。结果欧龙胆与龙胆的性状区别为欧龙胆表面灰棕色;龙胆表面淡黄色或黄棕色,皮部与木部易区分。显微特征区别:横切中欧龙胆最外层为木栓层,皮层宽广,维管束双韧型,含有草酸钙簇晶,无髓部;龙胆最外层为表皮细胞,皮层窄,维管束外韧型,中央有髓。粉末鉴别中欧龙胆含有草酸钙簇晶,木栓细胞;龙胆含有草酸钙针晶、石细胞、内皮层细胞、外皮层细胞。结论该研究结果可以作为欧龙胆和龙胆的鉴别依据。Objective To study the identification on Gentianae luteae L. and its substitute Gentianae scabra Bge.. Methods Its were identified by macroscopical identification,microscopical identification. Results The macroscopical identification on herbs of Gentianae luteae L. and Gentianae scabra Bge is different. The surface of Gentianae luteae L. is greyish-brown,Section forming layer; The surface of Gentianae scabra Bge is yellowish-brown,phloem and xylem are easy to distinguish. The microscopical identification between them has difference. The outermost layer of Gentianae luteae L. is the cork layer,Cortical broad,Vascular bundle double strong type,containing calcium oxalate crystal,the none of Pith. The outermost of Gentianae scabra Bge is epidermal cells,cortical narrow,Vascular bundle is tough type,pith visible. The powder identification of Gentianae luteae L. is containing calcium oxalate crystal,Cork cell; Gentianae scabra Bge is containing needles of calcium oxalate,stone cell,inner cortex cells,outer cortex cells. Conclusion The distinct characters revealed in this study can serve as evidence for the identification on Gentianae luteae L. and its substitute Gentiana scabra Bge.
