埋线在特发性肺纤维化早中期治疗中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价埋线疗法在治疗早中期特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例患者随机分为埋线组和对照组各40例;对照组采用西药常规治疗,埋线组在对照组的基础上,加用埋线进行治疗,疗程3月;用数理统计法分析患者治疗前后在CT检查、血气分析、生活质量方面的改善情况。结果治疗3个月后,肺CT显示,在磨玻璃影和网格影方面,两组治疗前后及治疗后组间比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血气分析中,在Pa O2、Sa O2、Pa CO2三方面,两组治疗前后及治疗后组间比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在T-CO2方面,两组治疗前后有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。生活质量比较,在症状部分、总分和活动部分3方面,埋线组治疗前后及治疗后组间比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论埋线治疗可以改善早中期特发性肺纤维化患者的肺CT征象,增强肺功能,提高生活质量,而且安全、方便,无不良反应。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint thread on the treatment idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the acupoint-thread group,40 cases in each. The control group was treated with western medicine,while the acupoint-thread group was given acupoint-thread on the basis of western medicine. The treatment lasted for 3 months. Before and after treatment CT,Blood Gas Analysis and Quality of Life were analyzed with mathematical statistics. Results 3 months after treatment,Lung CT showed the shadows like ground glass and mesh were significantly reduced than before（ P 〈 0. 05）. Blood Gas Analysis indicated the the acupoint-thread group was altered than the control group in Pa O2,Sa O2,Pa CO2 and T-CO2（ P 〈 0. 05）. Symptom part,activity part and total score of SGRQ in the acupoint-thread group were decreased（ P 〈 0. 05） after treatment. Conclusion Acupoint Thread may improve the sign of Lung CT,pulmonary function and quality of life of IPF patients. It is the safe and convenient therapy,while has no apparent adverse reactions.
