摘　　要：目的通过对当归补血活血功效的本草文献考证,探析其在妊娠期妇女中使用的安全性。方法通过查阅历代本草文献,分析历代医家对于当归功效认识的演变过程。结果当归补血功效是建立在其温通经络、活血祛瘀的基础之上,故对妊娠期妇女使用不可将其一味当作补血药,仍需"斟酌其宜"。结论探析当归补血活血功效,有助于全面理解当归之效,以保证妊娠期妇女使用该药的有效性和安全性,具有重要的理论和实践意义。Objective According to the textual research of materia medica literature about the blood nourishing and blood circulation activating efficacy of Angelica sinensis to evaluate its safety using in pregnant women. Methods This article through the herbalogical textual research of Angelica sinensis analyses the process of the understanding evolution about its efficacy. Results Due to the blood nourishing efficacy of Angelica sinensis based on its efficacy of warming meridians and promoting circulation and removing stasis,using it not merely as hematinic,still need to consider its advisable on pregnancy women. Conclusion The herbalogical textual research on the blood nourishing and blood circulation activating efficacy of Angelica sinensis contributes to overall understanding its efficacy and ensuring the its effectiveness and safety on pregnancy women,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
