中药单体逆转肺癌多药耐药作用的研究进展

摘　　要：文章对肺癌多药耐药的机制进行分析,主要存在膜转运蛋白促进化疗药物外排及改变药物在细胞内分布;启动细胞内解毒作用;细胞凋亡途径异常及参与调控肿瘤细胞增殖、分化的信号传导通路异常等确定的机制。根据肺癌多药耐药的机制进行中药逆转肺癌多药耐药作用机制的研究,为进一步深入治疗提供可靠依据。This paper analyzes the mechanism of multi-resistant to cancer of the stomach,the main existing membrane transporters promote chemotherapy drug efflux and drug distribution within the cell changes; Start the detoxification in the cell; Abnormal apoptosis pathway and regulation of tumor cell proliferation,differentiation. Involved in the regulation of tumor cell proliferation,differentiation,signal transduction pathway abnormality is determined. Traditional Chinese medicine according to the mechanism of lung cancer multi-resistant reversing multi-drug resistance mechanism of lung cancer research,to provide reliable basis for further treatment.
