摘  要:最新研究发现慢性应激是触发帕金森病(PD)的重要因素,神经可塑性改变是其中的重要环节。课题组前期发现疏肝解郁方药逍遥散治疗慢性应激疗效显著,相关机制在于脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在糖皮质激素受体(GR)的介导下,对神经可塑性产生影响。文章探讨了慢性应激基于BDNF/GR信号通路,引起神经可塑性改变,进而触发PD的相关机制,并试图揭示调肝方药逍遥散调节慢性应激触发帕金森病的分子机制,为寻求防治帕金森病的新靶点提供理论和实验依据。The latest study found that chronic stress is a trigger of Parkinson’s disease( PD) is an important factor,neural plasticity is one of the important links. Early studies found Shugan Jieyu prescription Xiaoyao Powder for the treatment of chronic stress has a significant effect,mechanism in brain derived neurotrophic factor( BDNF) mediated by the glucocorticoid receptor( GR) and the plasticity of neural influence. Accordingly,we propose a chronic stress based on BDNF/GR signaling pathway,causing neuronal plasticity changes,and then trigger PD,Shugan Jieyu prescription Xiaoyao Powder is through this pathway exerts its therapeutic effect. This paper try to reveal the molecular mechanism of chronic stress triggered PD and the regulatory effect of free and unfettered,to provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the disease to seek new targets for prevention and control of the disease.
