四秘膏穴位贴敷治疗实热型功能性便秘的随机双盲临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察四秘膏穴位贴敷治疗实热型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取河北大学附属医院138例实热型功能性便秘患者,双盲法随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予四秘膏穴位贴敷进行治疗;对照组给通便穴疗贴(哈药三精制药)进行治疗。疗程结束后分别观察两组的便秘症状、粪便性状及相关生活方面的影响变化,按照评分系统进行评分、统计及分析。结果治疗组改善效果优于对照组,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四秘膏穴位贴敷治疗功能性便秘效果确切、显著、安全,推荐临床使用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Simi ointment in treating the patients with functional con-stipation. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight cases of our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of the treatment group received acupoint application of Simi ointment for treatment. The other group was conducted with Tongbianxueliao ointment. After the course of treatment, two groups of symptoms of constipation, fecal characteristics and related changes in life, according to the scoring sys-tem for scoring, were analyzed. Results The improvement effects of the treatment group were better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effects of Simi ointment in the treatment of functional constipation show exact effects, significant safety, which is recommended in clinical use.
